These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OutscoreAgent (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

OutscoreAgent is an AI-powered SEO content platform that generates, publishes, and helps you track and refresh long-form articles. Features, availability, and plan limits may change as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Free trials are limited in duration and usage. At the end of a trial your account may convert to a free tier or become inactive unless you subscribe.
• 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, for any reason, by emailing [email protected]. After that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that violates a third party’s rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or to deceive search engines or users.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to or generate with the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish any content you push to connected sites.

6. AI output

AI-generated content can contain errors or fabrications. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing, or compliant with third-party policies (including search engine guidelines).

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services (such as identity providers, payment processors, AI model providers, SEO data providers, email delivery providers, analytics providers, and content management systems). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or behavior.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are required to by law. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee search rankings or traffic outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
